No, our homes are not furnished, but we can provide recommendations for local furniture rental services.

Yes, we offer garage parking at $30/month.

Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Sundays from 1 PM to 5 PM.
